Good evening again! Here are some more recipes on delicious desserts! I was going to post the pictures this time, but I thought I would just put the actual recipe on here instead.😊
Ingredients: 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
Directions: Melt chocolate in pan or microwave. Stop every 30 second if using microwave and stir. Once melted, move aside to cool slightly. Next, whip heavy whipping cream in stand mixer or hand mixer until fluffy and peaks appear. Mix powdered sugar and melted chocolate in as soon as possible. Mix again until everything is well blended. Serve with whipped cream and garnish. (Optional) Serves 6 cups.
Ingredients: 2 large eggs and 1 egg yoke, 5 oz. sugar, 5 oz. all purpose flour (sieved), 5 oz. unsalted butter (melted), lemon zest from half a lemon, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (add into sieved flour).
Directions: Bake at 400 F. Grease Madeleine pan with butter. Use hand mixer and beat eggs and sugar until thick and foamy. Add lemon juice and zest into mixture and blend well. Use spatula and fold in flour to mix well. Fold in melted butter until well mixed. Put batter into Madeleine pan about 90% each hole. Do not spread. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. If you want them to have more humps, chill in the fridge for a couple of hours before baking. Remove pan from oven. To take them out you might have to tap the pan a little bit. Cool on cooling tack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
🍰Strawberry chocolate pie🍰
Ingredients: graham cracker crust (made from your own or bought), 8 oz. chopped chocolate, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 1/2 lbs. fresh strawberries hulled and thinly sliced, 1/3 cup strawberry preserves or your favorite jam, powdered sugar for dusting (optional).
Directions: Place chopped chocolate in heat proof bowl. Heat heavy cream in small saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer. Pour cream over chocolate and let it sit for a minute. Stir chocolate until completely smooth. Add vanilla extract. Pour into chilled pie crust and set in fridge until completely firm. An hour or two before serving, arrange strawberries on top of pie. Heat strawberry preserves or jam in microwave and glaze on top. Set in the fridge. Dust on powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
Well, that’s all for now! Let me know if you have any questions, goodbye darlings!
