Studying the Bible

Good Evening darlings! Now I know that nowadays in our society, we are always busy doing something. Whether if it has to do with school work, music lessons, sports, and even church. Yes, I know that many of us usually have a lot of things to do, and sometimes we even feel like we can’t rest, but just because we have so many things to do, doesn’t mean that it should stop us from spending time in the Bible.

”Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10

Reading the Bible doesn’t mean just to read it in the morning and at night, but throughout the day. If you are having a rough day, or a busy day, its still good to always look at the Bible.

”All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16

It’s very important that we study the Bible each day and memorize It. Not just reading it, but studying it. This doesn’t mean that we have to stop everything we’re doing, but if it’s something like doing a hobby or an extra activity, you can use that time to spend it with God instead.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.” Joshua 1:8

  1. Such a good post to remember– I usually read my Bible at night but it is important for me to remember to read it throughout the day as well– even if it’s just in the form of a tiny card in my binder or opening it up when I’m feeling frustrate, upset, or even happy! Thanks for this post!
